Are the items sold authentic?
Can I cancel or change my order?
Once your order is confirmed, our team will begin processing it right away.
You can change the order details or cancel the order via your account within 2 hours after placing orders.
However, please note that we may not always be able to accommodate cancellations or changes depending on the status of your order.
Are duties and taxes included?
The order within Switzerland is included the duties and taxes.
The order outside of Switzerland will will exclude all relevant import duties and sales taxes.

Could I pick up my order in one of your store?
Yes, you certainly can! When you check out the order, you have the option to pick it up directly from our stores. You can also schedule a convenient pickup time that works best for you. Please ensure to bring your order confirmation email when you come to pick up your order.
When will I receive my item and how can I track delivery?
Once confirmed, we'll dispatch your item within 2 business days. Please check here for the estimated delivery frame based on the shipping country.
We'll email you the tracking information so you can have the estimated delivery
date once we dispatch.
Please note that during peak seasons, it might take a bit
longer to process your order.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE
Can I return an item/order
You can return their orders, entirely or partially within 14 days from the delivery date for a refund.
Every package is coming with return shipping documents and label. You also can return to one of our stores directly.
Please check our return policy and follow the guideline.
Can I exchange my item?
We don't offer direct exchanges, but you can return the item and place a new order with ease.
I have received a damaged item, what should I do?
Please reach out to our Eshop team with your order number and a photo of the damage.
We will check if any replacement is available. You can use the attached return label and follow the return policy to ship back to us.
If possible, a replacement
will be sent one your return has arrived at our warehouse. If the replacement sold
out in store, we will proceed the
refund.
When will I receive my refund?
Once our warehouse has received your item(s) and confirmed they are in their original condition, we will process your refund to the payment method used for the
purchase.
This usually takes up to 5 business days from the time the return shipment is delivered. If you paid with PayPal, you can expect the credit to appear in 3-5 business days. For credit card payments, it may take 5-7 business days for the credit to
appear, depending on your card provider's processing time.
