- Delivery time includes order preparation and shipping.
- Deliveries are not prepared on weekends and Switzerland public holidays, and not delivered on Sundays and other holidays.
- We don't ship to PO boxes or Packstations.
- Shipping costs are in regards to private customers and for personal use only. Bulk and business orders may be charged with extra shipping costs.
- International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
- You can pick up your online order at our stores in Zurich and Andermatt. Simply elect "Store Pickup" at Checkout. Normally the item will be ready to pick up within 24 hours.
- We will send you a pickup notification email when your order is ready for pickup. Please wait for this email before coming to the store.
- You will have 5 business days from this date to pick up your order. If you are unable to pick up your order within this time window, please contact our Customer Service team to reschedule a pickup for you.
- PLEASE NOTE: There could be waiting time for pickup on Saturday or peak time.
RETURN
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery, unworn and in original packaging with all tags attached.
- your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Socks, underwear and jewellery are not eligible for return or exchange for hygienic reasons. Gift cards are also non-refundable.
- items marked as final sale, customised, Archive collection or personalised cannot be returned.
- All packages come with the return shipping labels.
- To start a return, please log into your account and submit the 'return' request through the customer profile.
- After submission, please prepare the package and ship it with the return label included in the package.
- You can also return the package to our stores in Switzerland.
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
- Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).
- Sale items, intimates, swimwear, and personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
